For those interested in ascertaining wisdom, knowledge and insight within different industries, I am privileged to be able to use my show as a platform to higher learning. And presenting Dr. Ali to you is an honor as he is one of the most trust-worthy physicians I know…and one that I hope leads you to more insight into the present and future of healthcare.
“Because you cannot monetize the patient doctor relationship… the healthcare system is continuing to weaken how care is delivered,” says Dr. Ali Kasraeian.
When it comes to friends and family, and the correlation between patients and doctors… one must ask themselves, “Is medicine presently sacrificing personal relationships for business growth?”
Dr. Kasraeian, or as his friends call him, “Dr. Ali”… is a bright, authentic, intelligent and straight-shooting person. A fellowship trained, advanced laparoscopic and robotic urological surgeon, Dr. Ali is host of “The Conversation with Dr. Ali Kasraeian (a weekly radio show all about your health and the latest advancements in medicine)” as well as a co-host at Jacksonville Florida’s, The Conversation Jax.
He is someone who I have purposely reached out to … to share his wisdom with you.
I met Dr. Ali at the University of Florida back in 1992. We were two young, ambitious men starring at our futures with great hope and optimism.
(You know those people that you meet, that even with a little space in time, you always reconnect on deeper level then your typical average encounter? For me, Ali is one of those people.)
As Ali mentions in our interview, “physicians are vilified when it comes to everything that is wrong with medicine.” I bring this interview to you from an insiders perspective, as I felt the need to give my friend, and professional in the field, the opportunity to explain his position; and why possibly so many Americans are struggling with Obama Care and its implementation.
That said, I encourage everyone who’s ever wondered about their destiny (you and me both!) within the current and future healthcare system… to listen to our talk. And as always, feel free to comment or drop me a line with any questions that may arise.
As I grown older and wiser in this life, I am making sure that friends like Ali don’t slip away …and in time… that I share both their wisdom and spirit with you! So sit back and pop the top on a brewsky.. as you might need it after this one!
Note: Together with his father, Dr. Ahmad Kasraeian, named among America’s top 7 percent of physicians, and recently honored as one of US News & World Report’s “Best Doctors,” they provide comprehensive urologic care specializing in minimally invasive surgery.
