YOUTH DEVELOPMENT 
MVMNT365 provides comprehensive, outdoor programming for youth. By introducing participants to the outdoors through exciting and joy-filled activities, MVMNT365 inspires youth to see possibility and opportunity in their lives, and realize various positive attitude and behavioral changes that help them become successful adults.
ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP While on outings, youth engage in lessons on watersheds and ecosystems, and learn about their important connection to the recreational activities they experience.
is currently organizing approximately 6 hands-on stewardship activities for our participants, including cleanups, maintain and develop public trails, and native species plantings.
LEADERSHIP PROGRAM 
Through an application and interview process, we select promising teens from our programs to participate in an 8-week intensive summer program training that provides them with the skills necessary to instruct and mentor program participants. The program promotes each individual’s natural leadership strengths while providing tangible academic, emotional and social support. After completing their training, candidates teach and mentor their peers through a paid internship. We continue to monitor these young leaders as they balance their part-time jobs at MVMNT365, college classes, financial independence and the challenges of moving into the world as working adults.

"Parental competition" has sent American families into a frenzy of over-scheduling activities for their kids. And out of fear, we're depriving them of what childhood should be -- a time of freedom and character-building. Our neighborhoods, once the classic microcosm of a free America, have devolved into little more than supervised "dorms." MVMNT365 is designed to help kids explore and learn from the world of camping but to also provide mentoring with intent. Our structure is based on the organic social growth of our participants through amazing outdoor activities.
